Smart Inventory was born from frustration with software that wasn't designed for how real shops actually work.

The problem we saw

Most inventory software is built for Western enterprise retail — multi-store chains with full-time IT teams. Independent mobile and accessory shops are different. They run on cash, WhatsApp, and trust. They need live stock visibility, mobile-wallet payment recording, friendly UX, and customers who walk in wanting their phone fixed.

What we built

We built Smart Inventory from the ground up for one specific shop owner: the person juggling sales, repair tickets, supplier credit, and customer ledgers all at once. Every feature — from one-click WhatsApp messages to the day-close cash drawer — came from real conversations with shop owners in Karachi, Lahore, and Faisalabad.
