2. Service

Smart Inventory provides cloud-based inventory, POS, and repair tracking software. We aim for 99.9% uptime but make no specific guarantee.

3. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Free trials last 14 days and require no payment information.

4. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
